I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness—there was a dirty cup on the floor, for goodness sake. I almost gave a good review, but then I noticed the rundown state and the unmarked entrance. Clearly, special treatment is not a concept this hotel understands. I expected at least an upgrade for my troubles. Disgraceful!

This hotel shows signs of serious wear!!! Renovations are absolutely necessary, as corridors are dreary and the room had a dirty cup on the floor. Key cards need frequent resets, which is frustrating. Please address these issues!!!
